A VA construction is a short-term loan allowing Veterans to purchase land and build a custom home as their primary residence. 

You must meet several requirements to qualify for a VA construction loan, the first being working with a VA construction loan lender. A licensed, insured, and VA-registered contractor, like the builders here at Green Hybrid Habitats,  must be contacted before you can apply for a VA new construction loan. Builders are generally on a list or are required to register with the VA.
